First of all the girl at drive through sounded rough. Very dry & not enthusiastic or happy at all, reminding me of a sloth. Very slow talking and no emotion. Theres a sign on the drive through saying no espresso/no lattes so we ask her & she's like yea i can make u a latte. We asked for extra pumps because last time we came the coffee wasn't sweet at all. We went to the window where were told there's NO MILK so if we want half & half. They only had soy or coconut milk. We said fine & got our drinks. Well we had to ask for more pumps & again this girl has no customer service skills. The coffee was trash. Just like last time. Very disappointing because we were excited to have our morning coffee and it wasn't enjoyable at all. Definitely not the same.

My boyfriend and I recently contacted The Coffee Box Zaragoza with a question about a menu item, and we were very impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the information we needed. Not only did they answer our questions clearly, but they also took the time to make sure we understood everything, which we really appreciated. Their customer service was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location itself is great, and the service is excellent. They are also very quick when preparing drinks without sacrificing quality, which makes the experience even better. It’s clear that the team cares about both their customers and the products they serve. Overall, a wonderful experience with outstanding customer service. We highly recommend The Coffee Box Zaragoza and will definitely be returning!

This is one of the best quality coffee shops in El Paso when comparing price, ingredients, and menu variety! An issue I come across 90% of my visits is the customer service. The staff are not very kind and regardless of what time of day I am at the location, never look like they want to be there. I love the coffee and the building, but I do wish the customer service attitude was better.

Love the vibe here. It’s great to hangout, study, get work done, etc. All the floors offer a different atmosphere. The music is good for relaxing and the food and coffee are great. Download the app because it’s easy to get rewards if you visit. All of the staff have been very friendly and accommodating

I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming and genuine—like a place you actually want to spend time in, not just grab a quick drink and leave. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. The coffee itself is top-tier. Every drink I’ve tried has been well-balanced, smooth, and made with real attention to detail. Whether it’s a simple espresso or something more crafted, you can taste the quality. What really stands out, though, is the overall experience. It’s the kind of place that remembers your order, makes you feel like a regular, and turns a normal coffee run into something you look forward to. If you’re looking for a spot with great coffee and even better vibes, this is it.
